Back at Beacon Hill Campground in Intercourse, PA.

First trip there with “Apollo 19” and loving the oasis we have so near.

AC turned off. Birds chirping. Cows lowing in the distance. Walked a mile or two into town first thing to buy fresh bacon and churned butter wrapped in paper.

And coffee. Sweet, sweet coffee.

Just knowing there’s a peaceful place like this 45 miles from home is a comfort. It’s even better to be there.
